The women’s Olympic football tournament of the Tokyo 2020 Games will run from 21 July to 6 August 2021 across seven venues in six Japanese cities.
The top stars of the women’s game will light up the stages of the competition, including, in all likelihood, American World Cup holders Megan Rapinoe and Crystal Dunn, as well as Brazil’s Debinha and Marta to Dutch sensation Vivianne Miedema.

The men’s Olympic football tournament of the Tokyo 2020 Games will take place from 22 July to 7 August 2021 across six Japanese cities. Always among the most popular of the team competitions in the Summer Games, each squad is made up of youth teams – with each participating country allowed to supplement their team with three overage players.
