Beijing 2008 Women's Pole Vault Final

Russia Federation's Yelena Isinbayeva came to Beijing as the defending champion, having won gold in the pole vault at Athens 2004 and she also had a few world championships under her belt. But in order to win another Olympic gold, Isinbayeva had to face her fiercest rivals as well as a few new faces including the USA's Jennifer Suhr and teammate Svetlana Feofanova. Would Isinbayeva continue her winning streak or settle for silver?
